Severe Duty Clutches
430mm SD Clutch
The 430mm SD clutch features patented cushioned ceramic facings for smooth launch characteristics and enhanced protection against thermal stress.
Weight Savings and Reduced Wear
The Eaton 430mm SD delivers performance comparable to a 400mm twin-plate clutch while using a single plate, resulting in weight savings. The lower inertia of the single-plate design also helps prevent premature wear on transmission synchronizers.
Maintenance and Operations
The robust clutch design and superior thermal durability ensure a longer service life and reduced maintenance costs. The cushioned ceramic facings minimize downtime in high-temperature environments by preventing clutch failures.
Vibration Control
